Fix termination errors

Cleanup for objects destruction and process termination.
This is still work in progress, I don't like the way it's
handled right now.

Make repo working again
...
I rewrote basically all pipeline specific code to make
it more customizable. I made it work, which is insane.
I never thought I would be able to go back to working state again.
